Do I need HOA approval for Christmas lights in Heathrow?

Will you need gate access?
If your neighborhood is gated, yes. We need access for the install, any service visit during the season and the January takedown. We will confirm the plan with you when we schedule.
Can you light a tile roof without damaging it?

What if I don’t have an outdoor outlet where the lights need to go?
Our lights plug into existing outdoor outlets only, and we do not do electrical work. We design around the outlets you have, or we can refer you to a licensed electrician if you want an outlet added.
