Commercial holiday lighting · Longwood, Seminole County & Central Florida

Commercial Christmas light installation for businesses and HOAs

The short version

Roof It designs, installs, services and takes down holiday lighting for businesses, HOA and community entrances, shopping centers, offices, churches, restaurants and other commercial properties in Longwood, Seminole County and nearby Central Florida. We have the lifts and the labor to manage complex commercial jobs, and every project gets a custom quote after a site visit.

Commercial holiday lighting for every kind of property

Each property has its own rooflines, entrances, trees, power and hours. We plan the display around yours.

Businesses and storefronts

Rooflines, facades, windows and entrances lit so customers notice you from the road and the parking lot.

HOAs and community entrances

Entrance signs, gatehouses, clubhouses and common areas, planned with the board or property manager and their community rules.

Shopping centers and retail plazas

Long runs of storefront roofline and parapet across several units, installed as one consistent display.

Office buildings

Entrances, rooflines and the trees and landscaping visitors see on the way in, on a schedule that works around your tenants.

Churches

Steeples, gables, entrances and grounds lit for the season, with install and takedown planned around services and events.

Restaurants

Rooflines, patios and entrances lit for the holidays, scheduled outside your busiest hours.

The lifts and the labor for complex commercial jobs

Commercial holiday lighting is a bigger job than a house. Rooflines are taller, trees are larger, and there may be several buildings on one property. Roof It has the lifts and the labor to manage that kind of project from design through takedown.

We use lifts where they are the safer way to reach a roofline, tree or facade, and we put enough people on the job to run it in an organized way.

Jobs we are set up for

  • Tall rooflines and building facades
  • Large trees, lit from a lift
  • Multi-building properties planned as one project
  • Long storefront and parapet runs on retail centers
  • Entrances, signs and common areas for HOAs
  • Install and takedown scheduled around your business hours

Custom quotes, not set prices

Every commercial property is different, so we do not publish set prices for commercial work. After a site visit, you get a design and a written, custom quote.

The quote depends on the length and height of the rooflines, whether lifts are needed, the number of buildings and trees, the roof type, where the existing outdoor outlets are, and any extras such as wreaths, garland or tree wraps.

Book by Thanksgiving (Nov 26) for the widest choice of install dates. Bookings stay open through the season as the schedule allows, and installs are scheduled in the order designs are approved. Call (321) 352-3177 to set up a site visit.

How a commercial lighting project works

  1. Site visit

We walk the property with you or your manager and look at the rooflines, trees, outdoor outlets, access and your hours.

  2. Design and custom quote

You get a design and a written quote for the whole property, including any lift work.

  3. Install

Our crews hang the lights with roof-safe clips, using lifts where needed, set the plug-in timers and walk you through the display.

  4. Service, takedown, storage

Call us if anything goes out during the season. Takedown is in January, between Jan 2 and Jan 31, 2027, and we store the lights until next season.

Roof-safe on commercial roofs

We are roofers. On flat and low-slope commercial roofs we light the edge, gutter or parapet and keep clips and cords off the membrane and away from drains and scuppers. On tile, shingle and metal, we use clips made for that roof, never nails, screws or adhesive.

Roof It is a Florida licensed roofing contractor CCC1337225. Lights by roof type.

Plug-in only: no electrical work

Commercial displays plug into the property’s existing outdoor outlets, and we design the lights around where those outlets are.

We do not do electrical work: no new outlets, circuits, wiring or hard-wired fixtures. If the property needs more outlets or power, we refer you to a licensed electrician and plan the display around it once it is in.

Insured for holiday lighting installs

Roof It is insured for holiday lighting installs. Property managers, HOA boards and business owners should ask any installer for a certificate of insurance before work starts, because ladder, lift and roof work carries real risk, and damage or injuries from an uninsured installer can fall on the property owner.

Why any holiday lighting installer you hire should be insured.
